Chakki Atta (whole wheat) flour, made from whole wheat is packed with soluble and insoluble fiber, important for proper digestion, maintaining healthy cholesterol levels and improving beneficial gut bacteria. Atta flour contains a range of nutrients including B-vitamins, Iron and Manganese for energy production and zinc for the nervous and immune systems.
